The visitor fills in his details, optionally answers any questions and expresses his interest in the products/services that interest him.

The visitor immediately receives an email with the information he has requested, e.g. prospectus, informative material, after filling in the data (opt-in), while still in the exhibition space.

The data collected can be used for subsequent marketing actions.
